选型及计算







1、流量计的口径应根据最大使用流量Qv来选择,为了获得尽可能宽的使用流量范围,使用最大流量应不小于流量计额定最大流量Qmax的1/2。流量计的线性流量范围对应的雷诺范围2×104~7×106。液体表可根据图6直接查表2选用,而气体表则应计算出工况状态的流量范围后根据图7查表2选用,测量饱和蒸汽查表3。

St被称为斯特劳哈尔数(StrouhalNumber),是由旋涡发生体的形状和尺寸决定的无量纲参数。
当将旋涡发生体分割成适当的形状时,在广泛的雷诺数(ReynoldsNumber)范围内,斯特劳哈尔数(StrouhalNumber)可视为常数,这样就不受流体的密度与黏度等影响,旋涡频率f就与流速υ成正比。
式(1)也适用于管道中的流体,通过测量旋涡频率f,以及管道的横截面积和流速v,可以测量流量Q。
梯形横截面旋涡发生体的斯特劳哈尔数(StrouhalNumber)与雷诺数(ReynoldsNumber)的关系如下图所示:
