《消防给水及消火栓系统技术规范》中第11.0.4条:消防水泵应由水泵出水干管上设置的低压压力开关、高位消防水箱出水管上的流量开关,或报警阀压力开关等信号直接启动消防水泵。
低压压力开关安装在消防水泵出水干管上面,具体位置要根据你的系统来确定。压力开关的设定值与你的楼层高度相关。
一、GB50974-2014标准11.0.4规定了直接启动消防泵的信号是流量开关和压力开关,其原因是可靠性高。水流指示器可靠性差;误动作几率高;高位水箱水位信号有滞后现象;该信号仅可以作为报警信号。
条文规定流量开关和压力开关作消防泵的直接启泵信号,流量开关设置在一定流量值范围内,当高位水箱水位降至一定压力时,由压力开关辅助启动,这样能实现直接启泵双保险。亦可实现互锁。为实现减少误动作,流量开关和压力开关(当火警时水箱内水位或稳压泵不能支持消防用水量时,高位水箱出水管压力下降设定值时,压力开关动作)同时动作作为直接启泵的可靠措施。流量开关先动作,压力开关后动作,实现直接启泵的双保险,由此应设置“高位水箱流量开关控制直启消防泵装置”。

11.0.3雨淋系统和自动控制的水幕系统,消防水泵的自动启动方式应符合下列要求:
1当采用火灾自动报警系统控制雨淋报警阀时,消防水泵应由火灾自动报警系统、消防水泵出水干管上设置的压力开关、高位消防水箱出水管上的流量开关和报警阀组压力开关直接自动启动;
2当采用充液(水)传动管控制雨淋报警阀时,消防水泵应由消防水泵出水干管上设置的压力开关、高位消防水箱出水管上的流量开关和报警阀组压力开关直接启动。
