1、变送器要测量什么样的压力
先确定系统中要确认测量压力的最大值,一般而言,需要选择一个具有比最大值还要大1.5倍左右的压力量程的变送器。这主要是在很多系统,特别是水压测量和加工处理中,有峰值和持续不规则的上下波动,这种瞬间的峰值能破坏压力传感器,然而,由于这样做会精度下降。于是,可以用一个缓冲器来降低压力毛刺,但这样会降低传感器的响应速度。所以在选择变送器时,要充分考虑压力范围,精度与其稳定性。
